Jennie & I moved to Arizona in 2022 from Kansas to be closer to the grandkids. We are fulltime residents at Peralta Trails in Gold Canyon. Seeing all the snowbirds in our community leave, I felt the need to offer my services to look after their homes. My 33 years' experience in building services, keen eye for details, and drive for an impeccable home of my own, make me the perfect guy to watch over your home while you're away. I will come to your home to meet you and answer any questions you have about me; I'll have you show me around to get a gauge for the needs of your property, see if there are any particular things you would like me to keep an eye on or other specific needs you have, then I will give you a free quote.
Visual Inspection Inside and Out.
Look for water leaks, pest infestation or any other visible issues. I will also flush toilets, check refrigerators and freezers and run garbage disposal.
Storm Checks
In the event of heavy rain or wind, I will make one incremental storm check per month at no extra charge.
On-Site Concierge Service
If you have a need for any repairs or services, I can send you names of reliable contractors to pick form. I will also be available to let them in, review their work and send you updates.
The Finishing
Touches
I will send photographs of your property every week and keep you informed of any issues I find. I will work with you to get them resolved ASAP.
