I will perform weekly or bi-monthly home checks while you are away. I'll be looking for any visible issues inside and outside of your property and work with you to resolve them promptly and to your satisfaction.

Our Services

Water & Wind Damage

I'll check your property inside and out for any water intrusion or water line leaks.

In the case of severe weather, I will make one additional home check per month at no extra cost to you.

Pools and Spas

I'll check your pools & spas to see if there are any visible issues. Such as cloudy, green or low water levels. I will notify you and we can make arrangements to rectify the issue.

Pests Issues

I will look for any obvious signs of pest infestations. Such as termite runs, visible rodent damage, scorpions or snakes. I can send names of exterminators for you to choose from. I will also be happy let them in and lock up after them at the concierge rate.

Concierge Services

I will work closely with you to keep your property safe and ready for your return. If any issues arise, I will contact you so we can get them resolved ASAP. I can send options for repairmen; you can choose to contact one or I can coordinate the work. I will oversee the repairs and send you pictures of the finished work. Concierge Services are billed hourly.
